FITNESS NUTRITION

  Took ownership stake & launched a new product line, including a new food product, to completely jumpstart a struggling business in the functional fitness space.

Project Objectives

  • Create a new brand strategy for the functional fitness audience


  • Launch new products with all natural and organic ingredients, new branding and packaging, and consumer benefits 


  • Redesign all brand touchpoints


  • Build social media channels and marketing activations in events, brand collaborations and influencers 

Engagement Details

My Role - Owner, CMO

  •  Identify new target customers and grow the business through new marketing activations, design, and product innovation


  • Re-brand the company to make it more accessible, approachable, and scalable to more products 


  • Re-design the website with new branding, tone of voice, and e-commerce optimization (reviews, purchase notifications, detail pages)


  • Develop new products including flavors, ingredients and packaging for athletes at an elite level

Outcomes

  • Revenue increase of 20% in 1 year (~360k to over $400k)


  • New sales channels established with ~250 new gyms, and major retail partners like GNC 


  • Influencer group of 8 Elite athletes recruited and established 


  • 4 new products developed, branded and launched in market within 12 months


  • Growth of Instagram from 1k followers to 7k followers in 6 mos
